In a vehicle, electrical components are connected with wires and plugs. The electrical components can be located on a printed circuit board of an ECU or of a sensor (think of semiconductors), serve as electrically operated switch, or serve as protection of the electrical circuit. The overview on this page shows the components and connections that are part of a larger whole, and therefore cannot be categorized under the overview of sensors, actuators, etc.
